Frozenbachi - Rolling Ice Cream

I've been here many times and it's always delicious. The staff are patient and engaging. I bring a new friend each time and no one dislikes it. Even my friend that isn't a fan of ice cream lived it!

This ice cream place is fun. You have a decent amount of options and flavors. But if I’m completely honest, you are paying for the experience. Which is totally fun. You get the unique experience of watching poured cream turn to ice cream. This place is fun for all ages. Prices aren’t to high, but be prepared to open your wallet if you bring the entire family.

Ice cream is ice cream. Sure the make it and add your topping and flavor and roll it up, do if you like the experience of that great but if just want ice cream (dairy Queen is good enough for me)

You get one flavor to add to your ice cream and three toppings. They have several drizzle flavors as well. Ice cream was great, not as many topping choices but still a good array.

Really enjoyed the experience of seeing your ice cream start as a liquid to frozen. Unique presentation. Great flavor and nice selection of add-ins.

Great fun watching the creations take shape, rolled shape of course. Very flavorful and large portion. Immaculate and awesome atmosphere with extremely friendly help.

We were looking for a fun treat while visiting KC. Store is super clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. And the treats... had the rolled ice cream tacos..... SO YUMMY!

Expensive and takes forever but its pretty good! Add frozen fruit. Very refreshing!

The ice cream is rich and creamy and smooth! The rolls are tight and usually very even with each other. They take into consideration to make the ice cream look cute and elegant or silly and fun. LOTS of topping choices. Worth the $7 compared to Chop Chop Rolling Ice Cream. Very nice employees who help with reccomendations if you have trouble with combination flavors. Ice cream is made fresh so you're paying more for an experience than just ice cream and toppings.

Interesting concept and the ice cream was good. They make the ice cream and waffles to order. The reason I only give five stars is because of the limited number of toppings to choose from. They could stand to add more seating as well, but the place is very clean. Overall, not a bad experience.

Love frozenbachi! Fun for the kids and love the great flavors. Macha tea with strawberries is a must!

This place is great. Been waiting to try it after seeing all the videos on Facebook. They were friendly and professional and clean. The prices seem high and then you realize just how much your really getting when your still enjoying the icecream 20 minutes later. The best part for me isn't seeing them make the product right in front of you I'm glad that all there toppings look super fresh and taste fresh too. Will be coming back simply because of the freshness alone. Overall great experience.

Visiting for the first time today. It's very good and fun to watch them make it! A little on the pricey side, but I see why. It takes about 3-5 minutes to make each one, depending on what kind you got and how much mixing in it needs.It was very crowded when we went and one of our kiddos order got mixed in with the others and was delayed in getting made, but she was happy once she got it.We got Chocolate, Vanilla, Nutella and Coffee flavors. They were all good. They have some very interesting flavors available including matcha green tea, taro, and a wide variety of fruit flavors.Over all it was good and fun! We'll definitely come back.

Just went in for my first time with my girlfriend and the staff were great. Greeted us as soon as we walked in and then proceeded to tell us how everything worked since i'm sure we looked very lost as to what to do. Their time management was very good and they handled customers great. Coffee ice cream and Nutella ice cream were super good too. 10/10 would recommend. The two young guys did their jobs great.

Expensive. Everything is $6. Select your ice cream and any 3 toppings. Kids loved it, though. I would suggest a menu of prearranged combinations, in addition to the build your own bowl.

Really cool ice cream experience. The ice cream flavor had great flavor using the Nutella option. Toppings are the only lacking area. They seem seperate from the eating experience of the ice cream itself. (But still tasted good!)The lack of a kids size would make it difficult to bring the kids. Good amount of ice cream for the price.Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
